Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within the United States. If other countries are available for an item, the shipping cost and delivery time will show at checkout.

Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order items, such as our printed T-shirts, are produced after you order and can take a few extra business days before they ship.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is usually 7 to 15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and busy seasons can add time.

Shipping cost
- Most items: Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70 or more ship free.
- Made-to-order T-shirts: shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.

Orders with more than one item
Items may come from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages, on different days.

Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. We can change it only before the order ships. Email us right away at lindsey.ortega12@gmail.com.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived 20 business days after it shipped, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Customs, duties and taxes
If an order ships outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes.
