Refund policy

30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days after delivery. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return
Email lindsey.ortega12@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, because they may not reach the right place.

Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we pay, and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds
After we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give a refund, whichever you prefer.

Made-to-order T-shirts
Printed T-shirts are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or color choice. Please check the size chart before you order. If a shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you.

Items we cannot take back
Items that are used, washed or damaged by the customer, and items marked final sale.

Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. If the order has not been sent to the supplier, we can cancel it for a full refund.
